Kenneth K. Mbaabu​

Mr. Mbaabu is a dynamic litigator and Conveyance Lawyer with an impressive record of success both at national courts and tribunals such as the tax tribunal.

Mr Mbaabu provides advice and guides clients in management of risks and maximizing business opportunities not to mention formulating and implementing legal procedures to minimize exposure to liability. He has undertaken both legal compliance audit and litigation audit for various clientele both in NGO and corporate sector.

He currently sits on the board of Samburu Girls Foundation which is an NGO and rescue center that provides a safe haven for young girls at risk of FGM and early marriages.

Mr. Mbaabu offers pro-bono advise and civic education to organizations, individuals and churches. He is also the host of the show “The law and you” through which he continues to offer civic education through television and social media platforms.
